They call these discoveries--they're right. A secret science seems to me to be the best kind of scientific inquiry: it acknowledges the truth that science makes itself, it also respects that science desires to know the world, but, most importantly, it knows how to keep these two impulses--making and knowing--distinct. It avoids the popular science error of making the world in order to know it. This is a truer, weirder way of knowing. Matthew Houston
This album reminds me of my childhood in Maine on the quiet rocky coast looking out at the ocean. I was transported back through the fog, boat horns and bells of the marine environment into a swirling landscape of infinite space that left a gaping emptiness in which to build back my memories piece by piece. Thank you for these emotional and meditative tracks. Sam Orlando
